This approach begins with a discovery call, followed by an in-home consultation and budget planning meeting. We work together to plan your space and make custom selections, including furnishings, wall coverings, fabrics, and area rugs. After a client design presentation meeting and final approvals, we facilitate order management, white glove delivery, and full installation. If needed, we can provide construction/renovation consulting as well.

Second Home Turnkey Interior Design Service

for the: owner of a vacation home starting with a blank slate

Here, Lauren Ayers Interiors completely furnishes and stocks your vacation or second home. This full-service design package includes a consultation meeting, custom selections, final design meeting, order management, white glove delivery, and installation for all furniture. 

Commercial Space Design Services

for the: business-minded client revamping their workspace

Here, we focus on common areas, waiting rooms, and conference rooms in commercial spaces with special attention paid to paint, flooring, wall coverings, furnishings, and styling.

 

Moving/New Home Consulting

for the: client who is moving and wants to know how furniture can work in a new space

When it comes time to move, it’s often challenging to know if your current furniture will work in your new home. We’re here to help! We assess everything from accessories to lighting and furnishings. We are also available to manage the placement of existing furniture during your move. This package is a flat rate and includes consulting only.

For an additional fee, if you’re currently house hunting, we can attend showings to help you assess the potential of the home as well as any needed updates and decorating ideas.

Construction Consulting

for the: homeowner overwhelmed by too many choices

Here, we work with you during the construction phase to provide aesthetic consulting on small- to large-scale remodels or new builds. 

 

Elevate Your Space Package

for the: confident decorator looking to add to current aesthetic 

Here, we focus on the finishing touches. Already have neutral upholstered furnishings and want a custom designer touch? We provide three fabric scheme options to elevate your room, including custom pillows, upholstery, and draperies, as well as styling guidance. No case goods or furniture sales are included in this option.

Capsule Room Package

for the: quick decision-maker who wants a custom touch

We see an empty room as one full of possibility. For our Capsule Room Package, we pull ideas for a living room, bedroom, or dining room. We offer three selections of our favorite and best-selling furnishings or case goods as well as three options for fabric to use for pillows or draperies. There are no revisions to the presented ideas, and a minimum purchasing budget is required.

 

Consulting/Flat Paint Selection

for the: home decorator newbie looking for inspiration

With our in-home, hourly consulting services, we can answer any of your decorating or accessorizing questions and offer ideas for your space. We can also assist with remodeling or construction consulting. 

These services range from a one- to three-hour appointment or two or three one-hour sessions. We discuss a maximum of one paint color (interior or exterior) per appointment. There is no additional consulting outside of appointments, but we do have add-ons available if you need more guidance!

Paint fees are a flat rate, paid in full to begin. The fee includes a selection of color, finish, and details. The fee does not include the hiring of painters, payment of labor, purchasing of paint, or management of paint laborers. We will check in on the process of the paint application and address any questions.
